摘　　要：为了提高H.26L中1/4像素精度运动估计的速度,提出了基于快速SAD(Sums of Absolute Difference)的优化算法。这种算法在保证图像质量的前提下,使H.26L视频编码的速度大大提高。In order to accelerate the motion estimation of the 1/4 pixel accuracy in H.26L, an optimized algorithm based on fast SAD(Sums of Absolute Difference) is presented, which highly speeds up the H.26L coding program on the premise of maintaining the video quality.
