摘 要:对修正的弹性接触积分方程直接离散求解,计算了均匀分布着无穷个微凸体的名义平表面同刚性平面的弹性接触问题。计算结果表明,微凸体的实际接触面积小于Hertz接触面积,而最大压应力大于相应的Hertz解。这表明粗糙表面上发生接触的微凸体更容易发生塑性变形。此外,数值结果证明了微凸体间的相互影响对弹流油膜厚度的形成有利。A modified integral equation was numerically solved for the contact of infinite-asperity-group on the nominal flat with a rigid plane, To compare the numerical results with the Hertzian solutions asperities were assumed to be spherical, having the same hight and radius. The results obtained show that the asperity contact area is less than the Hertzian for the same load while the peak contact stress is on the contrary, which means plastic deformation is more liable to devolop. Moreover, the maximum separation of two surfaces is greater than the Hertzian which is directly connected with the formation of EHD lubrication film.
