摘　　要：瘦直扁足甲(Blindus strigosus)成虫喜阴湿,性激敏,受刺激后防御腺会分泌带有刺激性气味的液体。成虫产卵期长,印发育期7～12 d,幼虫7龄,4月中旬至8月下旬化蛹,蛹期6～17d,以成虫和幼虫越冬。Blindus strigosus is an excitative insect that it likes dark and damp environments. It can secrete liquid with irritant smell while being touched on its abdominal plate. It hibernates with the form of adult and larva in soil when winter comes, its spawning stage is long, its development stage is 7 - 12 days. The larva has seven instars. The execrate pupa appears from the middle April to the end of August and through 6-17 days the imagoes emerges.
