摘　　要：A new proof of the row Cayley-Hamilton theorem for 2-D system was given in this note. In a similar way, the Column Cay- ley-Hamilton theorem was also presented and proved.A new proof of the row Cayley-Hamilton theorem for 2-D system was given in this note.
