摘 要:选用不同来源的9个玉米自交系,按NCII设计进行试验,研究7个与产量性状有关农艺性状的GCA、SCA和遗传参数。结果表明:①在株高、穗长、穗位、穗粗、行数等性状中,亲本的基因加性效应对F_1性状形成起主导作用,而百粒重和产量等性状的遗传变异主要来自于基因非加性效应;②亲本的一般配合力与特殊配合力在各性状上均是相互独立的;在选育高产杂交组合时要同时对GCA和SCA进行选择。本试验筛选出GCA高的自交系S9906,SCA较高的组合是S9906×Mo17。With nine corn inbred lines which came from different sources, according to the design of diallel cross, authors have studied the GCA, SCA and hereditary parameter of seven agronomy characters. The result showed that; (a) The additive variation was principal in plant height, ear height, ear length, ear width and rows/ear while non-additive variation was greater in 100-kernel weight and yield;(b) The GCA and SCA effects were independent each other, which suggested that it was essential to make use of GCA and SCA in the selection of high-yield combination; Among the experiment materials, S9906 was high GCA self-line, S9906×Mo17 was higher SCA hybridized combination.
