摘　　要：以某水电站工程质量事故为例,说明在偏远高寒地区水利工程中进行质量控制应注意的问题和采取的措施,以供类似地区兴建水利工程时借鉴。Taking the project quality accident of a certain water power station for example, the considered problems and adopted measures in quality control of water conservancy project at remote and highcold areas are discussed. The viewpoints showed in this paper can be used for reference to the construction of water conservancy project at similar areas.
