摘  要:用电子束重熔、等离子喷涂和等离子堆焊方法制备Ni60A自熔合金涂层。通过SEM、电子能谱和显微硬度分析表明,电子束重熔涂层与基体的结合较好、气孔率较低、细小的脆性相在涂层中起弥散强化作用,其显微硬度最高。磨损实验也证明了电子束重熔涂层的耐磨性最好。Ni60A selfrefusing alloy coating were deposited through electron ray refusing,plasma spray and plasma bead weldingThe coating was investigated by means of SEM,EDX and microhardness testThe results indicate that the coating formed by electron ray refusing has higher bond strength and lower porosity than the coatings formed by other processesBecause the dispersed oxide particles have an effect of precipitation hardening in coating,the coating formed by electron ray refusing has the highest microhardnessWear tests have proved that the coating formed by electron ray refusing has the highest wear resistance
