摘 要:用电子束重熔、等离子喷涂和等离子堆焊方法制备Ni60A自熔合金涂层。通过SEM、电子能谱和显微硬度分析表明,电子束重熔涂层与基体的结合较好、气孔率较低、细小的脆性相在涂层中起弥散强化作用,其显微硬度最高。磨损实验也证明了电子束重熔涂层的耐磨性最好。Ni60A selfrefusing alloy coating were deposited through electron ray refusing,plasma spray and plasma bead weldingThe coating was investigated by means of SEM,EDX and microhardness testThe results indicate that the coating formed by electron ray refusing has higher bond strength and lower porosity than the coatings formed by other processesBecause the dispersed oxide particles have an effect of precipitation hardening in coating,the coating formed by electron ray refusing has the highest microhardnessWear tests have proved that the coating formed by electron ray refusing has the highest wear resistance
