摘  要:钙的存在是影响铁氧体永磁材料磁性能的重要因素之一,快速准确地测定其中的钙含量,是永磁材料生产中质量控制的关键。采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定钙,但磁性材料中的Si、Al的存在对钙的测定有严重的负干扰。本研究试验结果表明,用盐酸溶解样品,并添加锶盐作释放剂,能有效消除Si、Al等元素对原子吸收测定磁材中微量钙的干扰。此法简便快捷,有较高准确度,结果可靠。The existence of calcium is an important factor of which affects magnetic performance of a permanent ferrimagnetFor this reason,fast and accurate determination of calcium is a key to control the quality of productsThe coexistence of silicon and aluminum in a permanent ferrimagnet will bring serious negative interference to direct determination of calcium by airacetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometryThe results obtained in this study indicated that the interference of silicon and aluminum to the determination of calcium in a permanent ferrimagnet by atomic absorption spectrometry can be eliminated by means of sample digestion with hydrochloric acid and addition of strontium salt as releasing agentThe proposed method is convenient,rapid and accurate,and comes out well
