摘 要:黑山峡水库补水高峰期考虑给黄河上、下游补水应是4~6月。既满足宁蒙地区最大引水流量,又保证河口镇的最小流量,黑山峡水库下泄最大有效流量为1400m3/s。若宁蒙陕灌区采取分散扬水,小观音和大柳树两水库在补水高峰期所提供的有效水量基本一样;若宁蒙陕灌区采用自流灌溉,原始状态下大柳树的补水量比小观音反而要小。从黄河干流大水库统筹考虑,大柳树更不可能比小观音增加有效补水量。The peak period of the Heishanxia reservoir replenishing water for the upper and lower Yellow River should be from April to June to meet the maximum diversion flow for the Ningxia and Inner Mongolia regions as well as to guarantee the minimum flow at Hekou. The maximum effective discharge from the Heishanxia reservoir is 1 400 m2/s. If the irrigation areas in Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi lift water from the Yellow River in different periods of the year, the effective discharge provided from the Xiaoguanyin and Daliushu reservoirs in the peak replenishing period is basically the same. If the gravity irrigation is adopted in the irrigation areas of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi, the discharge replenished from Daliushu is less than that from Xiaoguabyin in the original status. In consideration of regulation of the large reservoirs on the trunk Yellow River in a unified way, it is not possible to increase more effective discharge from Daliushu than from Xiaoguanyin.
