摘　　要：水利水电工程施工过程中将对周围环境产生一定的不利影响。小浪底 标承包商在搞好工程施工的同时成立了相应的环境管理机构,结合水利水电工程施工的特点,因地制宜对施工过程中产生的环境污染采取了一系列的防治措施,并取得了良好的效果。对其进行全面系统的回顾和总结,对促进中国水利工程施工期环境保护工作具有重要的意义。Hydro project construction will impose a certain negative impact on environment. The contractor of Xiaolangdi Lot I, while doing a good job on project construction, set up a department to carry out environment control. In connection with the features of hydro project construction, a series of measures were adopted to prevent and treat environment pollution in accordance with the local conditions and good results were achieved. The review and summary on it is of great significance to promote the environment protection during hydro project construction of the country. 
