摘  要:研制了有源驱动的有机发光显示器件—具有有机静电感应三极管结构的有机电致发光三极管,并测试评价了其基本电气、光学特性,研制的有机电致发光三极管,采用酞氰铜和喹啉铝蒸发膜作为作用层,由测试结果可知,较低的栅极偏压可控制由源极注入到喹啉铝发光层的载流子,通过合理设计、控制制作梳状铝栅极结构,获得了高速、高电流密度等良好的三极管工作特性。An active driving organic semiconductor electroluminescence transistor is fabricated with the combination of organic static induction transistors (SITs) and electroluminescence devices. The optical properties of display devices are tested and the basic electrical characteristics of the SITs are investigated. The organic electroluminescence transistors, using an Alq3 and a copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) evaporated film as an active layer, have a layered structure of Au/CuPc/Al/CuPc/Alq3/ITO/ glass. The study shows that the carrier injected Alq3 from the source is controlled by low bias gate voltages. By proper design and control of a Al slit electrode as the Schottky gate, excellent characteristics of the transistors such as high current density and highspeed operation is achieved.
