摘　　要：介绍了GSM/GPRS与3GPP系统安全体制的安全功能及其算法。研究了:(1)GSM/GPRS中A3/A8、A5/GEA算法的实现技术;(2)3GPP中AKA协议和空中接口安全算法的设计要求及其多种设计方案;(3)结合我国《商用密码管理条例》的要求,探讨了3GPP中保密性与完整性算法的国内应用的特殊化和国际标准化问题。The secure functions of GSM/GPRS&3GPP security mechanisms and their algorithms are in-troduced.Then the paper approaches:(1)Technology of implementation of A3/A8and A5/GEA algori-thms in GSM/GPRS system;(2)The algorithm design requirements of3GPP’ AKA protocol&air inter-face security and their corresponding design schemes;(3)Combined with the requirements of'China Com - mercial Cipher Administration Ordinance'discussing the actual problems and the possible solutions for the internal application of3GPP’confidential and integral algorithms.
