摘  要:TC11名义成分为Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si,主要用于制造航空发动机转动件零件,目前国内主要生产方式是VAR三次熔炼。本文研究了EB+VAR两次熔炼TC11钛合金的铸锭生产工艺,对添加不同种类返回炉料(TC11、纯钛),生产TC11钛合金铸锭的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:通过制定适宜的电极配比,合理的工艺参数,控制Al元素挥发率,添加不同种类返回炉料可生产出符合相关标准要求的TC11钛合金铸锭,且铸锭化学成分分布均匀。TC11 ingot,with a named chemical composition of Ti-6. 5Al-3. 5Mo-1. 5Zr-0. 3Si,is mainly used for manufacturing of aero-engine rotor grade parts. Nowadays,the main way to produce the ingot is by three VAR meltings in China. A melting process of TC11 ingot via EB + VAR is studied in the paper. The feasibility of TC11 ingot by addition of different kinds of recycles( TC11 and pure titanium) is also studied. It is indicated that when given a proper mixing proportion of electrod as well as reasonable process parameters to control the volatilization of aluminum element,the TC11 ingot,when meets relative standurds and has a homogeneous components,can be made by adding different kinds of titanium recycles.
