水稻抛秧苗盘式育秧播种机的设计研究

摘　　要：本文对水稻抛秧苗盘式育秧精量播种机进行了设计研究,确定了主要零部件的尺寸;当进行播种流水作业时,铺土量、播种量、复土量及其稳定性和播种均匀度等,均能得到有效的控制。经试验表明,该机制造容易,性能稳定可靠,实用性强,应用范围广,各项技术指标均符合设计要求。The paper indicates researches on the design of transmission system of the plant nursery for cast-ing rice seedlings,and determines the dimensions of the main parts.When it works in the process of cultivating,such aspects could be efficiently controlled as quantity of filled earth,of planted rice seedlings,of covered earth,and its reliability and thickness.As the trials show,the machine can be manufactured easily with a reliable and a wide range of practice,and every technical standard meets designing requirements.
