摘　　要：针对目前学生篮球投篮差及命中率普遍较低的情况 ,本文对此进行了探索与研究。实践证明 :运动感觉性指导方法进行单手肩上投篮的教学与训练 ,效果显著。Based on a fact analysis of the current poor shooting performance, the article points out that the application of movement sense principle in the teaching and training of single_hand overshoulder shooting brings obvious improvement, and it will enjoys a bright prospect in the basketball teaching.
