摘  要:通过正交试验研究了以氯磺酸为溶剂,在催化剂作用下,由苯酐氯化生产四氯苯酐的工艺。最佳工艺条件为:w(苯酐)∶w(氯磺酸)∶w(催化剂)=1∶8∶0.086;温度,80~160℃;反应时间,12h。在此条件下的产率为98.3%,溶剂回收率87%,催化剂回收率>50%。以工业氯磺酸代替化学纯试剂并放大5倍的实验结果为:产率,98.3%;产品熔点,255~256℃。On the basis of orthogonal experiments,the process of synthesizing tetrachlorophthalic anhydride by the chlorination of phthalic anhydride in chorosulfonic acid solvent and in the presence of catalysts was studied.The optimum conditions were as follows:1∶8∶0.086 mass ratio of phthalic anhydride,chlorosulfonic acid and catalysts,reaction temperature 80~160 ℃ and reation time 12 h.Under these conditions,the yield was 98.3%,the recovery rate of solvent and catalysts was 87% and more than 50% respectively.The results of experiments which were scaled up by 5 times and with the replacement of chemically pure chlorosulfonic acid with industrial chlorosulfonic acid showed that the yield was 98.3% and the melting point of products ranged from 255 to 256 ℃?
