摘 要:通过正交试验研究了以氯磺酸为溶剂,在催化剂作用下,由苯酐氯化生产四氯苯酐的工艺。最佳工艺条件为:w(苯酐)∶w(氯磺酸)∶w(催化剂)=1∶8∶0.086;温度,80~160℃;反应时间,12h。在此条件下的产率为98.3%,溶剂回收率87%,催化剂回收率>50%。以工业氯磺酸代替化学纯试剂并放大5倍的实验结果为:产率,98.3%;产品熔点,255~256℃。On the basis of orthogonal experiments,the process of synthesizing tetrachlorophthalic anhydride by the chlorination of phthalic anhydride in chorosulfonic acid solvent and in the presence of catalysts was studied.The optimum conditions were as follows:1∶8∶0.086 mass ratio of phthalic anhydride,chlorosulfonic acid and catalysts,reaction temperature 80~160 ℃ and reation time 12 h.Under these conditions,the yield was 98.3%,the recovery rate of solvent and catalysts was 87% and more than 50% respectively.The results of experiments which were scaled up by 5 times and with the replacement of chemically pure chlorosulfonic acid with industrial chlorosulfonic acid showed that the yield was 98.3% and the melting point of products ranged from 255 to 256 ℃?
