摘　　要：用具有代表性的地方流行菌株制备的菌苗与购自甘肃的菌苗在同一猪场进行仔猪大肠杆菌病的防制效果对 比试验。结果:自制菌苗对仔猪的免疫效果明显优于购自甘肃的菌苗,两种菌苗的免疫保护率差异极显著。前者免疫的 猪群黄白痢的发病和死亡率分别比后者下降14.97％和13.20％,水肿病的发病、死亡率为0。A comparative experiment of prevention of piglet colibacillosis was conducted in piglets of same pig farm by means of the vaccine prepared with the local epidemic strain and the vaccine purchased from Gansu province. The results were as follows:The immune effect of the vaccine prepared with local epidemic strain was more excellent than that of the vaccine purchased from Gansu Province. There was a very significant diffence between both vaccine in the immne protect rate. The morbidity and the mortality of colibacillus diarrhea were decreased 14.97% and 13.20% in the swine herd immunized with the former than those in the swine herd immunized with the latter, resp.
