摘 要:用高压搅拌釜装置,在压力0.05—4.5MPa,温度373—553K的实验范围内,测定了H_2、CO、N_2和CO_2在液体石蜡烃中的平衡溶解度,目的是为了提供设计浆态床Fischer-Tropsch合成反应器所需的基本数据。实验结果表明,H_2、CO、N_2和CO_2在液体石蜡烃中的溶解度是压力和温度的函数。H_2、CO、和N_2的平衡溶解度随着压力和温度的升高而增加,并与压力呈线性关系,而CO_2的平衡溶解度在较高的压力时稍偏离直线,并随温度的升高而减少,上述现象可用溶解熵来解释。将H_2、CO和CO_2实验结果与文献发表的数据进行了比较,比较结果说明二者是颇为接近的。实验测定的气体在液体石蜡烃中的平衡溶解度与压力和温度的关系可分别用下列各关联式表示,其计算值和实验值之间的平均误差均小于±6%。C_(eqH2)~*=106.12(P/T)exp(-883.37/T) [kmol(g)/m^3(1)]C_(eqco)~*=75.71(P/T)exp(-585.47/T) [kmol(g)/m^3(1)]C_(eqN2)~*=191.75(P/T)exp(-995.21/T) [kmol(g)/m^3(1)]C_(?)~*=38.88(P^0.904/T)exp(194.81/T) [kmol(g)/m^3(1)]The solubilities of H_, N_ CO and CO_2 in the liquid paraffin were measured in a stirred autoclave under following conditions:pressure 0.05-4.5MPa and temperature 373-553k.The basic data obtained is useful for the design and development of the slurry reactor of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The experimental results show that equilibrium solubilities of H_2, N_2, CO and CO_2 in the liquid paraffin are the functions of pressure and temperature. Those of H_2, CO and N_2 increase linearly with increasing pressure, but in case of CO_2, it deviates from linear relation at higher pressure.When the temperature increases the equilibrium solubilities of H_2, N_2,CO increase whereas that of CO_2 decreases.These phenomena can gel explaina(?)ion from the principle of solution entropy. The experimental results are in good agreement with the literature data (Albal and Tsai).
