摘　　要：介绍了为配合离子膜烧碱的扩产对氯气处理工序进行的技术改造内容,包括更新洗涤塔、降低系统阻力、更新筛板塔、提高氯压机泵头及改造氯压机出口缓冲罐等。通过改造,降低能耗和硫酸消耗,延长了设备的使用周期,取得了良好的经济效益。The technical transformation of chlorine gas treatment section to coordinate ionic membrane caustic soda expanding was introduced. This technical transformation including washing tower renewing, system resistance reduction, orifice column renewing, raising head of chlorine gas compressor, reforming outlet surge tank of chlorine gas compressor and etc. Through transformation, some benefit was gained , such as energy and sulfuric acid consumption reduction, the lifetime of equipment extending and good economic performance.
