摘　　要：抗凝血酶III,纤溶酶原及D -二聚体是纤溶系统重要组成成分 ,对于维持凝血及纤平衡起着举足轻重的作用。本文简要介绍抗凝血酶III ,纤溶酶原 ,D -二聚体的生物特性 ,测定方法及其在疾病诊断 ,疗效观察和预后判断中的作用。Antithrombin Ⅲ,plasminogen and D-Dimer are important components of fibrinolytic system,they play an significant role in keeping the balance between blood coagulation and fibrinolgsis.This assay will concisely present their biological characteristics,deteetion assay and their important role in disease diagnosis,curative effect evaluation and prognostic judgement.
