摘　　要：针对横流HPL -2 0 0 0CO2 激光器工作气体进行了试验研究 ,用LSQD3 5型冷水机组与HPL -2 0 0 0激光器组成系统 ,能够在无氦工作气体的条件下稳定运行 ,使激光器运行成本大为降低。In this paper the working gas in HPL-2000 CO 2 laser was researched.A laser system consists of a device of the HPL-2000 laser and LSQD35 cool water.It can operate steadily in the case no He involved in the working gas.The operating cost is lower
