摘 要:通过试验研究压力生化反应器的氧总转移系数随压力的变化规律结果表明 ,氧总转移系数KLa是压力的函数 ,随压力增加近似直线下降。氧转移效率EA 随压力增加而显著增加 ,氧转移动力效率EP 的变化与临界溶解氧浓度有关 ,在T =2 0~ 30℃、α =0 8及β =0 9时 ,临界溶解氧值约为 5mg L。低于此值时 ,EP 随压力增加而减小 ;而在高于此值时 ,EP 随压力增加而增加。在对应EP 最大值的压力下供氧 ,则可将供氧能耗降至最小。压力生化反应器在 2 5 0~6 0The law of changing overall oxygen transfer coefficient ( K La ) of a pressure biochemical reactor with the pressure is studied through tests.The results show that K La is the function of the pressure in the reactor,which approximately linearly decreases with an increase in pressure.Oxygen transfer efficiency ( E A) is increased sharply with an increase in pressure.The change in oxygen transfer power efficiency ( E P) is also related with the critical concentration of DO.At conditions of t=25~30 ℃,α=0 8 and β=0 9,the critical value of DO is about 5 mg/L,below which E P decreases with an increase in pressure,above which E P increases with an increase in pressure.Energy consumption for oxygen supply may be minimized at a pressure corresponding to maximum E P.It is more economic and reasonable to operate the reactor at pressure of 250~600 kPa.
