摘 要:本研究从活性污泥中筛选出一株絮凝剂高产菌(暂命名为J-25),所产絮凝剂(JMBF-25)对高岭土的絮凝活性高达99.14%。J-25的培养实验表明:其适宜生长的碳氮源广泛,适宜的初始pH值为6.0~10.0,合适的生长与分泌絮凝剂的温度范围为25~38℃;受培养温度的影响,培养液出现絮凝率最高的时间在培养16~48h之后,絮凝剂产率高达6.12g/L。絮凝实验表明:用JMBF-25处理高岭土悬浊液时用量很少(100mL样品只用0.01mL即可),在酸性与碱性条件下,絮凝活性均很好。对石化厂废水,含泥河水,喷漆废水,罐头厂废水,生活污水的浊度与COD的去除率均较高。In the study, a high-yield bioflocculation microorganism (temporayly called J-25) was isolated from activated sludge. The flocculating efficiency of JMBF-25 produced by J-25 for kaolin suspension was as high as 99.14%. The culture experiment showed that the suitable carbon and nitrogen source for J-25 growth was broad, and the fitting original pH was between 6.0-10.0. The suitable temperature rang for J-25 growth and flocculant production was 25-38℃. Depending on the culture temperature, the flocculation efficiency of JMBF-25 reached highest after 16-48 hours of culture time. The output of the flocculant reached as high as 6.12g/L. The flocculating experiment showed that whatever in acidic or alkalic condition, JMBF-25 had high efficiency with small dosage(just 0.01mL for 100mL sample), when dealing with kaolin suspension. JMBF also had high turbidity and COD removal ratio when treating petrochemical plant wastewater, mud river water, metal coating waste water, canny wastewater and domestic wastewater.
