摘　　要：生产应用表明:在湿型砂中FS粉可全部取代煤粉,且由于其用量仅为煤粉用量的1/4左右,而降低型砂中的细颗粒含量、减少水分、提高透气性、减少发气量、提高型砂湿压强度及热湿拉强度,使型砂具有较好的造型性能。可有效地减少型废及铸件气孔、砂眼等废品,有助于提高铸件的内外质量和改善作业环境。Application in production showed that FS flour can be used to entirely replace the coal dust as the additive of green mould sand, and, due to its addition amount is only about 1 /4 of coal dust addition, its usage would reduce the fines content and moisture content, increase permeability, reduce gas evolution, increase green compression strength and hot-wet tension strength and improve the moulding properties of the green sand.As a result, the. damage rate of the mould,the blow hole and sand inclusion-causing rejection rate of castings can be effectively reduced,the internal and outer quality of castings and the working environment can be improved.
