摘 要:Pb、As、Sn等微量元素在不同形态的石墨区域中有不同的分布规律;在A型石墨区偏聚在基体中,在D型石墨区偏聚在石墨上。利用这两种分布规律,制取含Pb、As、Sn D型石墨铸铁,使Pb、As、Sn主要聚集在石墨上,微量残留在基体中,可以获得良好的力学性能。The distribution regularities of some trace elements such as Pb,As and Sn in areas of different morphologies of graphite were found different: the trace elements concentrated within the matrix structure in the A-type graphite area;they concentrated, however, on the graphite in the D-type graphite area.Applying these distribution characteristics of trace elements,it is possible to produce Pb,As,Sn -containing D-type graphite cast iron having excellent mechanical properties.The most amount of trace elements in this type of cast iron would concentrate on the graphite and lose their harmful effect, however, a little amount of them would be retained in the matrix structure and have the effect to increase the mechanical properties.
