摘　　要：本文基于项目开发的实践,综述了网上申报系统中Web服务异步调用的特点,提出采用Web服务组件编程的思想解决异步调用问题,并以一个典型的数据库查询应用开发为例,详细报告了基于.NET框架技术实现异步调用的完整过程。Based on practice, this article discusses the asynchronous invoking mechanism in a Web-declaration system, proposes a web service method to resolve the asynchronous invoking problem, and presents the DotNet framework technique for building web services. Finally, by accomplishing an actual function, we explain how to asynchronously invoke a web service in detail.
