摘　　要：在仔细分析并捻器零件工艺特点的基础上 ,设计制造了并捻器压铸模 ,针对压铸过程中遇到的问题对模具进行了改进 ,并对铝合金原材料和铝合金的熔炼过程进行了重点控制 ,取得了良好的效果。After a detailed analysis of the technological characteristics of the double-twisting parts, the die-casting die for the parts was designed and manufactured. Regarding the problems occurred in the casting process, the die was modified. Main controls were made on the Al-alloy raw material and the melting process of the Al-alloy, and a good result was obtained.
