摘　　要：分析了外形较大 ,深度较深的铝合金轮毂的结构及工艺要求 ,阐述了此类轮毂压铸模的结构特点 ,并详细说明了模具中心进料系统、二次开模结构、推管推出结构、滑块结构的设计要点。The structure and technical requirements of the aluminum-alloy hub of big size and deep depth were analyzed. The structure characteristics of the die-casting dies for this type of hubs were stated. And the main points for designing the central feeding system, twice-die-opening system, ejecting-sleeve ejection system and slide structure of the die were stated in detail.
