摘　　要：产品创新的关键是在概念设计阶段产生创新的解决方案,TRIZ将创新定义为消除产品设计中参数间的潜在冲突的结果,通过运用TRIZ原理就能创造性地消除冲突,从而通过消除冲突来产生创新的概念设计解。将TRIZ运用在概念设计阶段可以快速产生革新的、有市场竞争力的概念,不仅能大大加快人们创造发明的进程,而且能得到高质量的创新产品。通过对装甲钢"包容环"设计实例的分析表明,运用TRIZ可以快速产生创新的概念设计解。The key of product innovation is to obtain innovative idea during conception design. The innovation is defined as the result of eliminating potential conflicts between parameters.By using TRIZ, the conflicts can be eliminated, and the innovative conception design results can be obtained. The innovatory conceptions with strong competition can be obtained by applying TRIZ to the process of conception design, which the course of invention can be dramatically picked up,also high quality innovative products can be obtained. Lots of innovative conception design results can be quickly obtained using TRIZ through the analysis of a design example.
