摘  要:在铁基合金粉中加入稀土使其改性,再喷焊到机械零件表面并对该表面测试分析,得出了喷焊层的自熔性和耐磨性与添加稀土的关系图及最佳的稀土量。稀土的添加及铁基合金粉的制备是通过机械混合和自制的熔炼-雾化工艺及设备实施的。证明稀土-铁基合金粉与镍基和钴基合金粉有相似的耐磨性能。A chart of relationship between selffluxing performance, wear resistance of the spraywelding coating and the added RE and the best addition amount of RE were obtained by adding RE (Rare Earth) into iron base fluxing alloy to change its character, spray welding on the surface of mechanical components and then make the measurement and analysis of the surface. The adding of RE and the preparation of the RE-Iron Base Fluxing Alloy Powder were carried out by the mechanical mingling process, selfmade smeltingatomizing process and equipments used in the process. The results showed that the RE-Bron Base Fluxing Alloy Powder has the wear resistance as the Nickel Base Fluxing Alloy Powder and Cobalt Base Fluxing Alloy Powder have.
