摘　　要：基于Internet的GPS车辆监控管理系统(WebGPS)提供了一种用户通过Internet实时远程访问被监控车辆的动态信息的手段。分析了WebGPS系统的特点,给出了基于B/S模式的系统架构,提出了利用GSM网络实现车辆定位信息的实时传送,利用SQLServer2000、MapXtreme作为后台服务器,使用JAVA技术实现了基于GPS系统的Web动态数据的访问与开发。The realtime telereference of the monitored vehicles is offered by the supervision and management system of GPS vehicle. The characteristics of WebGPS system are analyzed and the system frame based on the B/S mode is presented. It is brought forward that the GSM network is made use of to realize the realtime transmission of vehicle positioning information and the SQL Server 2000 and MapXtreme act as the background servers. With the JAVA technique, the access to dynamic data and the development of dynamic data based on the GPS system are implemented.
