摘　　要：在表外业务风险管理方面 ,正视我国商业银行表外业务发展的现状 ,借鉴西方发达国家风险控制和管理的经验 ,从资本充足率、信息透明、内控机制、规则体系等方面入手 ,强化表外业务风险控制 ,使我国表外业务朝着稳健的方向发展。In the off-balance-sheet activities(OBS) we should use advanced managing experience of the developed country for reference in risk control envisaging our actualities.The commercial bank and central bank should adopt corresponding risk management measure to relieve risk for the off-balance-sheet activities such as principal sufficiency,information diaphaneity,inside control,regulation and system.Only by those measures will have stably developed off-balance-sheet activities.
