摘　　要：为因应2016年台湾地区领导人选举,降低美国及岛内民众对民进党重新上台后两岸关系将重陷紧张对立的疑虑,蔡英文抛出所谓"维持两岸现状"主张。蔡英文拒不接受一个中国、"九二共识",回避两岸政治定位等关键问题,意图在坚持"台湾主权独立"的立场上,利用"遵循中华民国现行宪政体制"、"珍惜与维护两岸过去二十多年交流互动所累积成果"等模糊说辞,达致维系台海和平以及两岸关系持续稳定发展的目标,具有极大的欺骗性与蒙蔽性。The DPP candidate Tsai Ing-wen put forward the proposition to 'maintain the status quo across the Taiwan Strait' as an important political platform for the 2016 general election and as an attempt to diminish the skepticism of the U.S.and the Taiwan public about the potential tension across the Strait if the DPP resumes power.Persistent in rejecting the 'one-China' stance and the '1992 Consensus' and trying to circumvent such key issues as the political positioning of both sides across the Strait,Tsai expects to ensure peace and further development of cross-Strait relations on the premise of 'independent sovereignty of Taiwan.' Her vague and deceptive discourse including'continuing the current ROC constitutional system' and 'maintaining those cherishable achievements over two decades of cross-Strait exchange,' etc.,needs to be carefully discerned by all observers of Taiwan politics.
