运用财政手段提高农民收入

摘　　要：提高农民收入 ,是未来几年我国扩大内需、促进经济全面发展的首要任务。从财政的角度提出了提高农民收入的 3点建议 :(1)积极稳妥地进行财税改革 ,减轻农民负担。 (2 )加大对小城镇建设的投资 ,解决农村剩余劳动力。 (3)增加对农业的投入 ,为农民增收创造有利条件。To raise peasant's income is a main task for China to increase domestic demand and promote economic development in next few years. From the financial point of view, this paper proposes some suggestions for raising peasant's income: (1) continue to progress the fiscal reform actively and stably, lighten the peasant's fiscal burden; (2) enlarge the construction investment in small towns, absorb the surplus rural labor force; (3) increase the agriculture investment and provide favorable circumstance to peasants for increasing their income.
