摘　　要：对布莱尔提出的“国际主义”的背景、概念、特点、内容和实质进行了深入系统地分析和探讨 ,认为其实质是大国霸权主义和强权政治在新形势下的表现 ,这对于正确处理目前我国的外交关系有重要的现实意义。The paper analyses the backgrounds, conception, characteristics, content and essential of Blair's internationalism. It is considered that the essential of Blair's internationalism is the current appearance of the power politics and hegemony. It is important for our country to deal with the relationship to other countries.
