摘　　要：全面建设小康社会的目标就是要使全国人民在经济、政治、文化、生态等多方面达到小康水平。当前 ,应该重点解决农村扶贫、城市下岗失业、社会群体收入悬殊、地区差距过大等问题。只有这样 ,才能实现共同富裕的宏伟蓝图.The target of building an overall 'Xiaokang' society is that all people achieve well-to-do level in economy, polity, culture, ecology etc. At present, these problems, which are national poverty, urban unemployment, society income disparity and region great difference etc, should be emphatically solved. In this way, the great blueprint of common richness will become true.
