摘  要:固定化藻类可以对人工配制的市政污水进行深度处理,其去除效率及影响因素有待深入探讨。实验研究了氮、磷含量和氮磷比例等因素对污水中NH4+ N和PO43- P的去除效率的影响以及处理过程中藻类的生长变化。结果表明,当氮磷比例为5∶1~10∶1(NH4+ N含量为15mg/L或PO43 P含量为1.5mg/L)时,藻细胞的增长量较大,最高达到96.0%。同样条件下对氮,磷的去除效率亦较高,对NH4+-N的最大去除量为9.263mg/L,最大去除率为92.3%;对PO43--P的最大去除量为2.32mg/L。Immobilized algae can be used for tertiary treat of artificial made second sedimentation wastewater. But its removal efficiency is in need of further investigation. We study the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus contents and nitrogen/phosphorus ratio on NH4+N and PO43-P's removal rates. The growth variation of the algae is also observed. Experiment reveals that the N/P ratio is 5∶1-10∶1 (NH4+N concentration is 15mg/L or PO43-P concentration is 1.5?mg/L). The biomass of algae cell increases notably, approaching 96.0%. In the same situation, the removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus are the same. The most quantity of removed content of NH4+N is 9.63 mg/L, with a rate of 92.3%. The most quantity of removed PO43-P is 2.32 mg/L.
