摘  要:目的 :探讨多层面螺旋CT泌尿系成像 (MSCTU)对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值。方法 :对以肾绞痛、IVU不显影或血尿为主诉的 6 4例行CT平扫、肾脏增强双期扫描及尿路造影 ,将资料传至工作站 ,采用最大强度投影、多平面重建及容积重建等后处理技术 ,重建泌尿系图像。结果 :6 4例肾盂和膀胱全部显示 (10 0 % ) ,输尿管全程显示者 6 4例 (110侧 )。其中泌尿系结石 16例 (2 5 % ) ;非结石病变 4 8例 (75 % ) ,对上尿路梗阻原因诊断正确率 10 0 % ,并可充分而直观地显示病变立体形态及其与周围组织的关系。结论 :MSCTU重建图像清晰 ,对泌尿系肿瘤。Purpose:To assess the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography(MSCTU) in urologic disease.Methods:CT plain scan, renal dual phase enhanced scan and urography were performed in 64 cases complained with renal colic or hematuria respectively. The data of CT scan were transmitted to the workstation, where the reconstructed images of the urinary system were obtaind by means of maximam-intensity-projection (MIP), multi-plannar reconstruction (MPR) and volume-rendering reconstruction.Results:In the 64 cases, the pelvis and bldder were clearly displayed in each case (100%), the ureters were completely displayed in 110 sides (86%). Urinary stones were found in 16 cases (25%), and non-stone lesions in the othe 48 cases (75%), it was involved in 6 cases of stricture of ureter, 5 cases of obstruction of pyeloureteral junction, 4 cases of duplication of ureter and pelvis, 6 cases of renal neoplasm, 14 cases of bladder cancer, 2 cases of ureter neoplasm, 2 cases of ectopia ureteral orifice, 2 cases of renal tuberculosis, 3 cases of hydronephrosis resulted from Hyperplasia of prostate, and the other neurogenic bladder, blood clot of ureter, retrocaval ureter, ureteral fistula respectively.Conclusions:MSCTU has an unique advantage in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases such as neoplasm, stone and other obstruction of the upper urinary tract for its high spatial resolution and the high quality of the three-demensional reconstructions.
