摘　　要：简要介绍了超声波焊接机的构成,详细分析了超声波焊接滚焊过程中焊头的横移、焊轮的转动、焊头的升降及焊头的旋转4种机械运动的特性,指出了现有机械机构存在的缺点并提出了改进措施。This article introduces the construction of ultra sonic welder in simple. It analyses the movement features of the mechanic movement of welding head traversing, welding wheel turning, welding head lifting and welding head rotating during roll welding of ultra sonic welder. It points out the defects of the existing mechanic devices and proposes the remedial measures.
