冠心病病人血清过氧化氢酶及血脂观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨冠心病病人血清过氧化氢酶与血脂的含量变化。方法 :测定 60例冠心病病人血清过氧化氢酶与血脂水平 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :冠心病病人血清过氧化氢酶、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组 ,而甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和 α-脂蛋白则高于对照组。结论Objective: To explore the changes of serum catalase and lipids in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: Measured the serum catalase and α\|lipids levels in 60 patients with CHD and compared with that in normal controls. Results: Serum catalase and high\|density lipoprotein\|cholesterol levels in CHD was lower than that in normal controls, while triglyceride, low\|density lipoprotein\|cholesterol and α\|lipoprotein in CHD was higher than that in normal controls. Conclusion: Organic lipid metabolism and catalase levels play an important role in the pathogenesis of CHD.\;
