摘 要:体育选项课作为上世纪80年代高校体育课程改革的成果之一,已成为当前我国高校体育教学开展的主要形式。本研究以运动项目在室内和室外的不同条件设置为背景,采用问卷调查的研究方法,以高校女大学生体育课选项为主要研究对象,依据体育动机的自我决定理论,对高校女大学生在体育课项目选择方面的动机进行分析与研究。主要研究结论是:选择瑜伽、网球、排球、羽毛球、轮滑等项目的学生居多;选择室外项目学生的自主性动机较高,良好的动机质量有助于产生主动、积极的体育行为;选择室内项目学生的控制性动机较高,更易表现出消极的体育行为;选择室内项目学生的无动机水平高,部分学生有逃避、拒绝体育活动的可能。Optional sports class as one of major achievements on the physical education curriculum reform in colleges and universities in the 1980's,has become the main stream in the current physical education of Chinese universities.This paper had a questionnaire survey on the college female students'selection on physical education courses and made a deep analysis on the motivation based on self -determination theory to understand the real needs of students,to inspect the behavior re-sponse features of choosing when teaching environment settings change,to reveal the relation be-tween students'options with each level of motivation.The main research conclusions are as follows:Most of the students select Yoga,tennis,volleyball,badminton,skating;students that select out-door sports have higher autonomous motivation,and positive motivation quality contributes to active physical behavior;students that select indoor sports students have higher controlled motivation,more likely to have passive sports behavior,and some even may escape or resist physical activity.
