摘　　要：阐述了我国职业指导发展概况 ,分析了高师体育院系就业指导的育人功能 ,提出了我国高师体育院系大学生就业应对策略和社会职业指导要走联合化。Showing solicitude for the employment of university students is carring for the subsistece and sustainable development of colleges. The essay shows the rapid progress of society in the background, first expounds the general developmental situation of our country's vocational guiding,secondly, it emphatically analyses the cultivating function of guides to obtain employment of higher teachers' physical colleges and departmets, finally puts forward one developing road. That is, the tactics which has an aim to reply the situation of employment of our country's higher teachers' colleges' students of physical colleges and departments should be united and professional, as well as the vocational guides of society.
