摘 要:以尿素为沉淀剂,利用均匀沉淀法制备出性能优异的xSb_2O_3·(1-x)SnO_2导电颜料,其粒径约为10 nm,电阻率为36.70Ω·cm。对不同制备方法做对比,结果表明:采用均匀沉淀法所制颜料导电性能明显优于干法。在xSb_2O_3·(1-z)SnO_2前驱体形成过程中有均相成核与非均相成核,以非均相成核为主。通过对样品进行TG-DTA,XRD测试,以及晶胞参数的变化,证实掺锑二氧化锡的半导体化是由Sb^(3+)与Sb^(5+)取代Sn^(4+)的格位所致,其导电性能随锑的氧化态变化而改变。Conductive pigment xSb2O3 ·(1 - x)SnO2 was prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method using urea as precipitation reagent, the particle size of which is 10 nm and resistivity is 36. 70 Ω· cm. The comparison with different preparation methods was introduced. Results indicate that the conductive properties of the pigment prepared by homogeneous precipitation method are much better than that by the dry method. Homogeneous nucleation and heterogeneous nucleation are included in the forming process of xSb2 O3 ·(1 - x) SnO2 precursor, but heterogeneous nucleation is the main form. By the analysis of TG - DT A, XRD and the change of lattice parameters, it shows that the semiconductive behavior of tin dioxide doped with an-timony is caused by the replacement of Sn4+ lattice with Sb3+ or Sb5+ lattices.
