摘 要:国内外现有的有载调压变压器分接头开关的调节一般采用机械开关切换方式 ,其控制系统结构复杂、体积大、调节速度慢、故障率高。针对这些缺点 ,提出了一种新型的有载调压系统 ,该系统采用晶闸管组替代分接头调压开关 ,单片机作为控制单元 ,通过检测系统电压和电流 ,根据电力系统的安全、经济运行的需要 ,确定需要接通或断开变压器调压绕组的组数和分接头开关位置 ,然后根据电磁能量守恒原理在对电网无冲击的时刻触发相应的晶闸管开关。使调压过程在宏观上电压按系统运行的需要而改变 ,而微观上电压波形平滑、连续、无冲击。Tap adjustment of OLTC usually adopts mechanical switch. Its control system has complicated structure, big volume, slow regulative rate and high failure rate. To overcome these defects, this paper gives a new control system for OLTC. In this system, thyristor is used to substitute tap regulation switch and single chip processor is used as control unit. By measuring the voltage and current of power system and according to the demand of power system safe and economic operation, the number of groups of transformers winding which should turn on or off and the position of tap switch can be obtained. Then according to the law of conservation of electromagnetic energy, the corresponding switches of thyristors are triggered at the moment that impact doesn't generate. The macrocosmic voltage is changed in terms of the demand of system operation, while the waveform of the microcosmic voltage is smooth, continuous and poses no impact.
