摘  要:对电镀液中 10种有机酸和 4种无机酸在流速为 1.5ml/min ,碳酸钠 /碳酸氢钠梯度淋洗液分离 ,采用抑制电导检测 ,有理想的分离效果和检测灵敏度。乙酸、甲酸、丙酮酸、氯离子、山梨酸、苯甲酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、硝酸、磷酸、硫酸、草酸、柠檬酸、糖精钠检测限分别为 0 .4 4 9μg/mL ,0 .2 71μg/mL ,0 .5 70 μg/mL ,0 .4 2 0 μg/mL ,0 .716 μg/mL ,2 .14 μg/mL ,3.6 6 2 μg/mL ,0 .333μg/mL ,1.4 5 6 μg/mL ,1.5 0 1μg/mL ,1.2 0 0 μg/mL ,0 .4 5 2 μg/mL (S/N =3) ,具有良好的线性关系和重现性。对电镀液氯离子、硝酸根及糖精钠的样品检测 ,结果令人满意。Components of electroplating solution, which were separated in the gradient eluent of Na 2CO 3 and NaHCO 3 at the flow rate of 1.5mL/min. within 40 minutes, were detected by suppressed conductance. The detective limits (S/N=3) of acetic acid, formic acid, pyruvic acid, CI -, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid oxalic acid, citric acid and sodium saccharate were 0.449μg/mL, 0.570μg/mL, 0.420μg/mL, 0.716μg/mL, 2.140μg/mL, 3.662μg/mL, 0.333μg/mL, 1.465μg/mL, 1.501μg/mL, 1.200μg/mL, 0.452μg/mL respectively. Experimental results showed that linear relationshop and repeatability were good. The results of determining samples of CI -, nitrate and sodium saccharate by the method were satisfactory.
