现阶段科技期刊业存在问题与发展路径探索——以《环境卫生工程》期刊为例

摘　　要：在现阶段推进文化体制改革背景下,以《环境卫生工程》为例剖析了体制机制内一些不适应科技期刊发展的矛盾和问题,即管理体制机制不够完善,期刊市场化运营准备不足,资金和人力资源缺乏等。提出要针对具体情况探索切实可行、行之有效的科技期刊发展路径,即深化改革,完善管理体制与机制;创新驱动发展,不断提高期刊的核心竞争力;建设高素质编辑队伍,为科技期刊的发展提供人才支撑;努力开展多种经营,实现科技期刊可持续发展,不断把我国科技发展推向前进。Based on the journal of Environmental Sanitation Engineering,some problems in the system mechanism of scitech journals in the context of current cultural system reform were analyzed,including incomplete management system mechanism,lack of preparation for market-oriented operation,and lack of money and human resources. As a result,some development paths for sci-tech journals were put forward,including deepening the reform to improve management system mechanism,advocating the innovation driven development to improve the journals' core competitiveness,constructing high-quality editing teams to provide personnel support for the journals,and exploring diversified operation to realize their sustainable development.
