摘 要:组合变流器载波相移SPWM技术是多重化技术和SPWM技术的有机组合。它具有等效开关频率高,开关损耗小,动态响应好,传输频带宽等优点。该文在电压型组合变流器相移SPWM技术研究的基础上,对电流型组合变流器相移SPWM技术进行了探讨。并从二逻辑SPWM技术出发分析了三逻辑SPWM技术和电流型组合变流器相移SPWM技术的数学关系。在此基础上,提出一种基于载波组合相移技术的电流型有源电力滤波器,在较低的开关频率下实现了等效的高频载波效果。通过仿真和实验验证了这种技术在有源电力滤波器中的应用的实用性和可行性。Multi-modular carrier phase-shifting SPWM is the combination of multi-converter with SPWM. Due to this technique, the equivalent switching frequency is raised, and switching loss is greatly reduced. Moreover, this technique has the advantages of fast dynamic response and wide bandwidth. This paper describes the current source multi-modular phase-shifting SPWM on basis of the voltage-source acquirements. Some specific points are analyzed through math simulation and experiment. On the basis of the analysis of natural sampling two-logic SPWM technique, the mathematical model of trio-logic SPWM technique and multi-modular phase shifting SPWM technique is analyzed. A current-source active power filter (APF) based on multi-modular converter with carrier phase-shifted SPWM (CPS-SPWM) technique has been proposed. With this technique, the effect of equivalent high switching frequency converter has been obtained with low switching frequency converter. The practicability and feasibility of its application in APF is testified by simulation and experiment.
