摘 要:等效电路是超声马达振子研究的一种重要方法,但原先的等效模型都是线性模型,对振子的非线性无法解释。文中基于超声马达振子频率特性实验,在超声马达振子的电学模型中引入非线性参量,对振子非线性有较好的解释。另外就模型参数对振子效率的影响做了详细地仿真研究,得出:如果频率实验中没有零相位的振子,其最高效率点在最小相位处;其余情况的最高效率点将依赖激励电压在谐振点或反谐振点。这为超声马达及其驱动电路的设计提供了参考。The equivalent model is one of the important ways for the study of piezoelectric vibrator. However, the orginal model is disagreement with experiment results, especially in the nonlinearity of the vibrator. Based on the frequency characteristic experiment results, we induced nonlinearity in the model. Simulation results match the experiment results better than before. Furthermore, the influences of every element on the vibrator efficiency are discussed in detail. It is shown that some vibrators would be of highest efficiency at the frequency with the smallest phase if they can抰 achieve zero phase angle in frequency experiment. On the other hand, the vibrators would be of highest efficiency at resonance or at anti-resonance frequency depending on the exciting voltage. As a result, we can optimize the motor and its driving circuit.
