摘  要:为了实现同时脱硫、脱氮,制备了以粉煤灰、石灰、添加剂为原料、具有氧化能力的高活性吸收剂。在固定床、管道喷射进行了同时脱硫、脱氮实验,研究了影响吸收剂脱硫、脱氮效率的若干因素。探讨了高活性吸收剂脱硫、脱氮的机理。在Ca/(S+N)为1.2时,SO2和NOX的脱除效率分别为86%和64%。产生的废物为干粉状。最佳的实验温度为55℃,湿度为5%。与传统的干法FGD相比,该工艺具有费用低、设备简单、废物易于处置等优点,可为工业化应用提供有益的参考。The highly active absorbent with oxidization based on fly ash、lime and additive had been prepared for simultaneous desulfurization and denitritication. Experiment about simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification was carried out using fixture bed and duct injecfion.The influencing factors for the efficiencies of desulfurization and denitrification were studied.The mechanism of removal for SO2 and NOXwas investigated.The removal efficiencies of 86%,64% for SO2 and NOx were achieved at Ca/(S+N)molar ratio 1.2,while spent absorbent appears in the form of dry powder.The optimal temperature and Humidity of flue gas treated with this technique were shown to be approximately 55℃,5% respectively.In comparison with traditional dry FGD,this process appears to have to wer cost less complicated configuration and simpler disposal of used absorbent.The results can offer valuable references for industrial application.
