准能发电厂2×100MW机组振动的诊断

摘　　要：准能发电厂两台100MW机组出现过剧烈振动,故障的原因比较罕见和隐蔽,诊断的难度较大。1号机组的振动是低压转子的部件存在卡涩引起,2号机组的振动是热蒸汽进入低压缸引起的。介绍了它们的振动特点和诊断过程。Diagnosis procedure of severe vibration in two 100MW steam-turbine generator sets in Zhunneng power plant is introduced in this paper. The causes are components block in LP rotor of No.1 set and entrance of high temperature steam in LP case of No.2 set. .In this paper the vibration characteristics and diagnosis are introduced.
